Fierce winds drive massive blaze at Baltimore green initiative facility The ‘Camp Small’ wood waste collection yard is ablaze at Camp Small in Baltimore’s Woodberry neighborhood. The fire ignited in a storage area with 30-foot-high stacks of trees and logs, and could burn well into Friday, according to Fire Chief James Wallace.
