35 Minute Dumbbell Cardio and Core HIIT

Hey Fam! Here is a great workout to kick off your week. Grab a couple sets of dumbbells and get ready to sweat! Equipment Needed: 2 sets of dumbbells (you can use one set but make sure its a weight you can use for both upper and lower body exercises) Water (Stay Hydrated) House Rules 1. If you need to take a break anytime during the workout definitely do so. 2. If you are feeling lite headed and fatigued, sit down in a safe area and take deep slow breaths 3. Do not compromise form.
