China’s Ice Cream Under Scrutiny, 70% Contains Feces
I can’t believe it – I can’t keep up with all this shocking news! Now even ice cream isn’t safe. Regulators tested 11 batches of ice cream and popsicles, and in half of them, they found fecal matter. One sample had E. coli levels 27 times higher than the acceptable limit. This bacteria usually comes from human or animal feces, which could be due to poor hygiene in factories or workers not washing their hands after using the bathroom. So, if you notice damaged packaging, deformed ice cream, or if it has melted, don’t eat it – it could be contaminated. Eating ice cream with such high levels of E. coli is almost like eating poop.
