20 MIN FULL BODY PILATES WITH DUMBBELLS (All Standing)
Today we have a 20 minute full body pilates workout with dumbbells. You will need a light set of dumbbells for this workout. We Start with a short warm up then we are working for 40 seconds with a 15 second rest in between each exercise.
