SEC Accuses Binance of Blending Assets

This is a pivotal moment for the crypto community and it’s imperative that you do all you can to ensure your assets remain safe: withdraw your funds from immediately. The SEC is threatening to bring the hammer down on , the third largest crypto exchange in the United States - they are asking a federal judge for a court order that would freeze all of its assets, effectively pulling the plug on the US exchange! This news touched off a wave of panic selling of BNB or Binance Coin, dropping 23% as a direct result. This Tuesday, the future of hangs in the balance as a federal judge will deliberate whether or not she will grant the SEC’s request for a freeze. The SEC’s claim is that Binance has ignored standard cryptocurrency protocols and has been commingling customer funds with corporate accounts.
