USA: Zogg Fire consumes structures as it sweeps through California towns

The fire started around 15:00 local time (22:00 GMT), quickly causing the authorities to issue Code Red emergency notifications, calling for road closures and mandatory evacuations from Platina Road west to the Tehama County.
