I tried doing a full episode of this but unless melodyne organizes the audio into single notes only (meaning the notes it detects cannot form chords) then this effect isn’t possible i tried though, and still - major thanks to 2007excalibur2007 for providing me with the audio necessary to try it out anyways made with melodyne
