Protesters rally in Tokyo ahead of Fukushima plant water discharge

Dozens gathered outside the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) headquarters to decry the government, as it prepares to release radioactive water from the Fukushima nuclear plant into the Pacific Ocean.
