We spend time in the high altitude city of Cusco Peru, gateway to the Sacred Valley and Incan ruins at Machu Picchu. Then it’s down to Lima. One of the few capital cities in the world located on the coastline. There we spend time at Maido with its signature Nikkei cuisine and chef Mitsuharu Tsumura.
