Bent arm planche tutorial step-by step (calisthenics street workout)

I KNOW THIS ISN’T REALLY A PLANCHE. I still call it a bent arm planche because it’s pretty similar to a planche, with bent arms. This isn’t too hard as long as you get the technique right - keep your hands near your waist (as far back as you can), lean forward and start too high so you can lower in to it. Once you can hold the position, then worry about going straight in to the horizontal position. This is more a step by step of the positions than a tutorial. Hope it
