Russia has successfully tested a nuclear-powered cruise missile, President Putin announced on October 5. Putin said Russia had effectively completed the development of the Burevestnik cruise missile and the Sarmat heavy ICBM. According to Putin, no one in the world in their right mind would dare to use nuclear weapons against Russia.
