We start at breakfast, followed by a posing session with a client at Adam Bonilla’s Competition Prep Center, (this is a MUST SEE for any bikini competitor watching this as Lauralie explains in details some of her posing tips and secrets). We then head to train glutes at The Dragon’s Lair where she will meet her partner Ali Lewis, following by a visit to the Post Office to pick up her brand new posing suit, food shopping at Wal Mart, then back to the house to eat the next meal and talk about what her experience has been so far prepping in Vegas and what her future competition plans are leading up to the 2021 Olympia.
