Onigiri Master Yamataro trained at Otsuka Bongo (Onigiri Bongo おにぎりぼんご) before opening her own restaurant in Oct 2022: Yamataro Onigiri. Watching how she beautifully crafts an onigiri with precision, technique and care is absolutely mesmerizing. I’m addicted to the art of making onigiri. Yamataro Onigiri is located in Tokyo, Japan in Zoshigaya area. Super close to Ikebukuro. Highly recommend checking out this local hidden gem. This is the best onigiri I’ve ever eaten in my life.
