Mount Etna Display | Mount Etna Puts On Spectacular Show Over Mediterranean Island Of Sicily | N18G Italy’s Mount Etna erupted with a spectacular display of lava and ash earlier this week. The volcano is situated on the island of Sicily and the eruption caused Italy’s Civil Protection agency to raise the alert level in the area from green to yellow.
