Aeneas meets his mother Venus

A reading of a passage from the first book of the Aeneid, verses 305--410, in the original Latin. The diacritical marks on the vowels are used in the following manner: All long vowels are marked with macrons, while all short syllables (note the distinction!) are marked with breves.
