Everyday STAIRMASTER WORKOUT! - Mastering the STAIRS! To master the stairs we need to go up like a Gorilla and go down like a Ballerina! This is my simplest way of explaining my most efficient way of mastering the stairs. This is also a real “Stairmaster“ workout! We have to go up and down stairs everyday so why not use this as a Stairmaster workout to train the hips and the glutes!
