Meet the maker of the first purpose-built mountain bike, Joe Breeze. In this interview, Joe details the progression of his first bicycles; from the inspiration of his Schwinn Excelsior klunker to the nickel-plated Breezer Series 3. The Series 3 shown in this video is on display, along with other notable vintage bicycles, at The Pro’s Closet’s Vintage Bicycle Museum in Boulder, CO.
Special thanks to Joe Breeze and Billy Savage (Director of “Klunkerz“)
