Journey frontman Arnel Pineda performs a WISHclusive rendition of the tear-jerking OPM hit, “Pain In My Heart.“ The mellow acoustic track was written by Monet Cajipe (playing the guitar in this video) and was originally recorded by the band Second Wind. The single was also included in the debut album of Zoo, where Arnel served as the vocalist.
