MWBA & LoweLifes: Trail Stewards of the Angeles National Forest | Los Angeles, CA

Meet the trail steward leadership of the Angeles National Forest: the Mt. Wilson Mountain Bicycling Association & LoweLifes Respectable Citizens’ Club. They’re two groups passionate about the legacy trails that dot the forest but with different missions that work symbiotically. In February 2023, IMBA was welcomed back to the Angeles National Forest by the U.S. Forest Service and MWBA for the Trail Stewardship Summit. Multiple trail user groups came together for a two-day training to learn the skills necessary to maintain the trails they work and play on within the front country and backcountry of the forest just north of Los Angeles, California.
