Silky Buttery Pesto pasta

This silky, buttery, pesto pasta meal can be made in around 20 minutes with a home-made pesto. As nice as store bough pesto can be, there’s nothing better than freshly made. Using the aid of a food processor, it’s made in seconds. You could of course do it in a mortar and pestle, but it will take longer. This recipe takes it a step further, by making a silky thicker buttery sauce that will beautifully coat each piece of pasta. I used fusilli for this recipe, as the pasta holds the sauce nicely in the groves. You can of course use the pasta of your choice, like penne or even spaghetti.
