Cheesy Butter Ramen
First saw this from @thetastebud on TikTok
Boil egg for 6 minutes
Ice bath
Knock around
Peel
Boil noodles for a minute then drain
Hunk of butter in a pan on medium
Add some milk (no more than half a cup)
Throw in the sauce pack
Throw in those noodles (don’t throw them too hard)
Add the noodles back and and cook until thicc
Put into bowl
Add melty cheese and fold over into cheese furnace
Add chili oil (oil squeezed from a bowl of beef chili)
Add rapscallions
Add egg
Injure mouth with spiky chopsticks
Ginger Scallion Ramen
Chop ginger and scallions
Saute in a pan with some oil
Add ⅓ or so of the flavor pack depending on how strong it is
Cook the noods for a couple minutes
Drain and put them in that pan we talked about a couple seconds ago
Let them soak up that sauce
Put the noods in a bowl that’s too big
Transfer into the right sized bowl
Add chili crisp
Add crispy shallots

Eggy Garlic Powder Ramen
Cook noods
Drain most of the water
Crack egg into the water and wangjanlge
Add flavor pack and wangjangle
Add garlic powder and wangjanlge
Add some scallions on top
Eat the ramen
Apparently this was a Kylie Jenner invention, or so I’ve been told. Minus the scallions. That is my own original idea and I am the first person to put scallions on ramen.
