Full title reads: “Italy. Atlantic Flyers Meet - at invitation of Signor Mussolini, & before opening their Congress, place wreath on Tomb of Unknown Warrior.“ Rome, Italy. Group of people, many in uniform walk up steps with Benito Mussolini. (Voiceover says the opening of the Atlantic Flyer’s Congress was marred by news of the deaths of the two Hungarian representatives, Captain Andre and Mr Bekey (?)) The group are walking up the steps to place a wreath on the Italian tomb of the Unknown Warrior. Amongst the group with Il Duce is General / Marshal Italo Balbo the Italian Air Minister who also flew with the Italians across from South America. Group of flyers including Gen.
