Korean Sausage Stir Fry : 소시지야채볶음 | Ordinary Kitchen 오디너리 키친

Welcome to #ordinarykitchen Today I will be making my Korean Sausage Stir Fry recipe. Super easy dish that works perfectly with a beer. It is basically stir frying sausages with your choice of vegetables in the sweet and spicy sauce. I make it every time I want to drink. But also perfect for kid’s lunches haha. Just cut the sausage to look like an octopus and it’s ready to become a cute lunch. Ingredients: 250g sausage (any works) 1/2 onion 1 green bell pepper sesame seeds cooking oil Sauce Ingredients: 2 tbs ketchup 1 tbs gochujang 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs corn syrup (or use 1 tbs sugar or 1 tbs honey) 1 tbs sugar 1 tsp paprika 3/4 tbs minced garlic black pepper Recipe: 1. Chop vegetables and make cuts into sausages. 2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside 3. Add cooking oil on medium heat and cook onions until softened, then add in sausages. 4. Once sausages get crispy and start cuts opened up, add in bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes. 5. Turn down heat to medium low and add in sauce, stir fry together until everything is well mixed. 6. Garnish with sesame seeds. Tips: I am using Korean style vienna sausages but any sausages work. Another good one to use is a cocktail Frankfurt sausage. Be cautious when add in sauce to stir fry, sauce can burn easily. Add any vegetables or mushrooms you want, this dish is very customizable. Music ♫ [Prod. by Lukrembo].)
