Please support me on Ko-fi Livonian is a Finnic language belonging to the Finno-Ugric languages of the Uralic language family. Unfortunately, there are no fluent native speakers left, with the last known one being Grizelda Kristiņa. However, there are currently some fluent and partially fluent Livonian speakers, as well as individuals with a basic understanding of the language. Livonian is closely related to Estonian and Finnish and has an orthography that combines elements from both Estonian and Latvian spelling.
