If you’re about to squat, deadlift, bench or perform any of the olympic lifts, you need to warm your shoulders up well. Doing so will help your body move as well as possible, put up big weight and decrease your risk of injury. Today I want to show you a simple quick shoulder warm up you can do that takes no more than 3 you need is a resistance band.
