400,000 Pcs/Day Red Brick Automatic Line Clay Shale Fired Bricks Automatic Machine Whole Plant

This video is to show you the whole plant line of red bricks making plant. This brick making plant is located in China. The raw materials to making the bricks are clay and shale. Its daily capacity of kiln is 400,000pcs standard bricks. The green bricks making capacity is 50K-60K pcs/hour. 1. Raw materials crushing workshop The shale is crushed by hammer crusher, pass through roller screen to select the suitable particles to making the crushed screened materials are mixed by double roller mixer, to realize uniform materials performance. 2. Green bricks making workshop The raw materials are feeded by box feeder to realize accurate feeding, then refinement by high speed double roller crusher. There’s electric weighing belt and water feeding device before the double roller mixer. The wet fully crushed soils then conveyed into double stage vacuum extruder. 3. Auto cut, transfer, group and stack system The mud strips out from the vacuum extruder are cut into fixed length columns by auto cutting machine and then cut into green bricks by servo billet cutting machine. The green bricks are collected, transfered, grouped according to the robot stacking type. To meet the high capacity, this plant has two robots stacking systems. The robot could grab 30 pcs green bricks/time. 4. Drying tunnel kiln and baking tunnel kiln The neatly stacked kiln cars enter drying tunnel kiln and baking tunnel kiln to fire the bricks.
