These strength exercises are perfect for building strength in the chest, deltoids, triceps, biceps, back muscles.
Exercises stabilize much of your upper torso, arms and back and reinforce the connection between upper body strength and lower body stability.
Perform 3x15 with breaks.
Weight is selected individually.
Don’t forget about healthy food.
