Making a Witch Hat (with Free Pattern!) | 13 Projects of Halloween

Project one of 13 Projects of Halloween! Making a witches hat using some basic sewing materials and some fake berry branches. This makes such a lovely slightly floppy hat. You can use stiffer interfacing or buckram or probably even cardboard if you want a stiffer brim. The wire in the brim makes is easy to adjust where the brim edge sits.
