Sara and Heather had different strategies approaching the CrossFit Hero WOD “Randy.” Sara finished in 4:42; Heather in 5:12. Heather went out faster with a larger unbroken first set, and ended up breaking her last sets up more than she planned. Sara stuck to her plan (5-rep set scheme with 7 seconds rest) all the way to the end.
