Aggressive Perfector (Slayer) & Kill ’Em All (Metallica)

Just some similarities between Slayer’s song “Aggressive Perfector“ from 1983 and Metallica’s “Hit The Lights“, “Motorbreath“ and “Metal Militia“ from “Kill ’Em All“, also from 1983, although most songs in the album had been demoed and played live during 1981 and 1982. Note: the intro from both songs seems to be based on “Set The Stage Alight“ by NWOBHM band Weapon, B-side from their 1980 single “It’s A Mad Mad World“. Both bands sourced much of their early material from NWOBHM bands. All credits to them.
