(location probably Barcelona) General Francisco Franco and another Spanish Fascist / Nationalist leader ride along in an open top car giving a salute to people in the street. MS General Franco and others salute from balcony. Men in other military uniforms (possibly German) join in saluting the parade. Franco in car, he is surrounded by Moroccan horsemen.
