Miquelis Hrisseo Kiss of falling snow – elven winter music by Mornienna

Studying in the Library of Lorngarth Thalamdir, Lendor Awarthon spends his first time away from home at the time of Celendrian winter ceremony. Myths of Celendria’s early time have sparked a tradition where the elves exchange water of two nearby lakes. After the tale, these lakes are said to have once been two lovers with a tragic story. This is not believed to be taken literally by most, I think. Still Lendor misses the custom, even more since he is apart from all the elves he used to meet for this occasion. In remembrance he sings this song. He will not return home to Celendria for it is not that anymore. Home lies elsewhere now in the wild lands of Dor Ewerthyn. A place Lendor has spent very little time in so far, always travelling, seeking something which could give him an edge in his struggle with a ruinous people.
