Tips for use of lingual buttons： Using power chains on both the buccal and lingual side is an effective way to achieve space closure when dealing with missing of first molars. For that, we need to bond lingual buttons on the adjacent teeth. In this presentation we will show you some common problems with lingual buttons, including patient discomfort, saliva control, detachment of lingual buttons and/or power chains and how to address them accordingly. 舌側鈕扣的使用秘訣： 缺少第一大臼齒時，可在缺牙處前後牙齒的舌側黏上lingual buttons，以在頰舌雙側使用橡皮筋來關閉空間。以下介紹常見問題：口腔不適，黏著時阻絕口水，鈕扣脫落或橡皮筋脫落，以及對應的處理策略。
