Here is a little cool down routine that you can use after a workout or a fitness classes. These are great post workout stretches to help return the muscles to their normal length and to help reduce muscle fatigue.
These are maintenance stretches, so we are trying to hold each stretch for 10 - 15 seconds. If you’re looking to increase your flexibility you will need to incorporate a more specific stretching regime. I’ll get working on a video :D
