No matter where you are on your journey to a healthier lifestyle and improved quality of life, this 50-minute workout will get you there. Weight loss, total body sculpting, and flexibility in one session. We are working on a 45-sec timer doing a strong combination of full-body exercises with a resistance band and full-body yoga stretches. It includes an easy to follow instructions and can be done daily at home or on the go while traveling.
