This is my representation of the 1/144 scale catering truck, model based in the Mallaghan CT6000 model. This model kit is available at (it will be released sometime around the second week of November by the time of the release of the 1/144 B787-9 cargo holds).
This set includes 83 resin parts, decals, photo etch and plastic rod/sheet.
Two type of cabins can be chosen from, the Mercedes Atego or the Ford F-750 cabin.

The compartment height can be adjustable up to 41mm (it can actually be rised a little more). These dimensions were designed according to Mallaghan original chassis.
Paints used in the video are:
Light gray - Model Air 71050
Black - Model Air 71057
White - Model Air (or Vallejo Premium) 71001
Dark gray - Model Air 71115
Blue - Model Color 70841 but Model Air recommended for KLM color (approximate match).
Metallic Silver - Vallejo Metal Color - Duraluminium 77702
