The main goal of the CwA is to enhance the appeal of private investment by making significant enhancements to the macroeconomic, business, and financial frameworks. It assembles reform-oriented African nations, international organizations, and bilateral partners from the G20 and beyond to synchronize country-specific reform agendas, endorse corresponding policy measures, and showcase investment opportunities to private investors. This initiative operates on a demand-driven basis and is accessible to all African countries. Since its inception in 2017, the CwA has generated considerable interest, attracting participation from thirteen African nations: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, Togo, and Tunisia.
