Emergency services evacuated parts of South London causing traffic chaos, on Monday, after an unexploded 1000lbs (454kg) bomb was found. Construction workers discovered the bomb, just after 0900 GMT (1000 CET) as they were working on a building site near to the world-famous Tower Bridge. The 5ft-long ( metres) bomb is believed to be a v2 rocket from World War II.
