Unhinged Suspect Fires Gun into Air, Ignores Texas Cops Before Deadly Shooting

Bodycam footage shows an unhinged suspect acting erratically and firing a gun into the air before getting shot by Texas police on Saturday. The Dallas Police Department said they received a 911 call about an active shooter. Upon arrival, officers confronted 53-year-old Kris Green, who continued his belligerent act while ignoring officers’ commands.
