Sculptural Approaches to Photography: Barbara Kasten
Barbara Kasten often photographs her own sculptural installations, utilizing the reflectiveness of objects like mirrors and glitter to display objects and colors that aren’t in the sculpture’s immediate space.
During her lecture at the Nasher Sculpture Center, Kasten explains her introduction to sculpture and the architectural approaches she uses to create intricate photographs.
