Single Crochet Coaster

Are you craving a unique way to add visual interest to your crocheting? How about a class that shows you how to add color, pattern, and dimension to your single crochet? I’ll be teaching classes showing my embroidery ideas on this medium starting in January 2021. (For more information about the classes, please visit my website, sign up for my newsletter and/or follow me on Instagram!) Over the course of the class, we will stitch four(!) different motifs into crocheted coasters, converting simple swatches into handcrafted pieces of art you’ll be pleased to use in your home or give as a gift. This podcast demonstrates how to work each step of the coaster. From anchoring your yarn, to chaining stitches and turning rows, it’s all in here! So if you’re new to crochet - or just need a refresher - this video will help you prepare perfect canvases for beautiful embroidery! If you need help with just certain bits of the coaster, scroll down through the show notes. I’ve timestamped each step so you can find exactly the part you need. I have also provided links to the names of the designs, shops and dyers that I mention during the podcast. If you like these videos, please give them a heart, share them, subscribe, follow me on IG, etc. xoxo PRIMARY CONTACT INFORMATION Email: carolyn@ Instagram: YOU CAN ALSO FIND ME ON Facebook: Ravelry: (I’m there... but not often.
