Solrela - Solresol Translator

Embedded the #Solresol Translator in the documentation page, it includes the now bitrot Sidosi community translations, Sudre’s originals and a few of my own additions, which I’ve called Modern Symmetrical, used in Wiktopher and Thousand Rooms.
