Vanilla Azshara - Music & Ambience (1 hour, World of Warcraft Classic)

Azshara used to be the night elves’ greatest center before the Sundering, but was destroyed due to the reckless magic of the Highborne. Known for being a beautiful and tranquil autumnal zone pre-Shattering, the Goblins have marred the landscape with their pollution and quarries, carving the land into the shape of a Horde symbol. The name of the zone comes from the Queen Azshara - who was the beloved ruler of the elven people of Kalimdor over ten thousand years ago and is the current ruler of the naga. After her defeat at the hands of Malfurion Stormrage and the Cataclysm, Queen Azshara, her personal maidens and many Highborne sunk into the sea. The Old Gods transformed Azshara, her Highborne, and her Handmaidens into Naga. The mighty Queen Azshara still lives and rules the naga. Once she awoke at the bottom of the sea, she ordered a palace built to rival her home in Azshara.
