Hydrogen balloon, inside which Swiss inventor and explorer, August Piccard, webt 10 miles above earth, is salvaged high in the Austrian Alps.
(On May 27, 1931, Piccard and Paul Kipfer became the first men to safely ascend into the stratosphere, riding in a pressurized gondola borne beneath a balloon designed by Piccard.
