Butoh workshop based on Sankai Juku method

Sankai Juku original method is different from that of Hijikata Tatsumi or Ohno Kazuo. It has been developed by their own stylistic beauty. There are only a dozen dancers in 44 years’ history of Sankai Juku company. Sankai Juku method has been inherited like the tradition by those dancers. This workshop provides you the chance to face the dialogue with the gravity which nobody can escape. Nobuyoshi Asai(Butoh dancer / Choreographer) Artistic director of Dance House KOGANE 4422 (Nagoya city, Aichi, Japan)Born in Aichi prefecture, Japan. Started dancing in Japan at the age of ten and began his professional career after winning the First Prize at World Hip-Hop Championship in 2002. 2005-2011, joined Japanese butoh company Sankaijuku.
