To further their mission, Sezon opened a brick-and-mortar store at 27b Georgi Benkovski with a small kitchen, which serves as an embassy for their garden. Here, they interact daily with customers, inspiring them to combine Sezon’s vegetables with products from other local partners, ranging from dairy to line-caught fish.  Sezon celebrates hyper-seasonality and the pleasure of tasting specific flavors one can only enjoy for a very limited time of the year. An unexpected hit came when they decided to sell “otherwise neglected” turnip sprouts last winter. To the surprise of the collective, customers kept coming back for more.
