MISSE JOSQUIN IV - Missa Pange Lingua

In 2021 we commemorated 500 years since the death of the Franco-Flemish composer Josquin des Prez. On the occasion of this anniversary, the Alamire Foundation launched the project MISSE JOSQUIN in cooperation with AMUZ and KBR, a series of documentary-concerts on the twelve masses that can be attributed with certainty to the composer. In this twelve-part series we talk to nineteen experts from all over the world, including musicologists and performers, by way of introduction to newly made recordings of each polyphonic mass.
