Tweety’s Global Patrol 1992 public service announcement (partial)

A 1992 public service announcement for Tweety’s Global Patrol, an environmental campaign launched in conjunction with Tweety’s 50th birthday that was (supposedly) to include a full-scale animated television series similar to “Captain Planet.“ It sounds as if Jeff Bergman is voicing Tweety here, though if one has hard evidence indicating otherwise please feel free to speak up.
