This is Liko’s Magicka Dragonknight PVE Build for Harrowstorm. EDIT 27th Feb: Ok apparently burning talons casts from different sources overwrite each other. In trial setup just use a different skill. (Orbs if you haven’t already, or flame reach etc). Best Race: (High Elf, Dunmer, Breton, Khajiit, Other) Food: Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl if you can sustain it, otherwise Clockwork Citrus Fillet. Ghastly Eye Bowl for practising on Dummies.
