PC-24 Fully Certified for Operation on Unpaved Runways

Pilatus obtained certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the PC-24 to operate on unpaved runways and also for steep approaches. As part of the post-certification campaign, extensive tests were performed throughout 2019 on unpaved runways in Switzerland, Great Britain, Italy and the Canadian Far North – a location with some of the most extreme conditions anywhere in the world.
